Morris Huang Ph.D. first joined CIDE at the University of Colorado Denver in 2018 as a postdoctoral fellow.  His current research agenda is focused on optimizing manual wheelchair selection and configuration for improved health outcomes, which builds off of his doctoral work focused on developing a wheelchair-propelling robot for evaluating manual wheelchair performance.  In addition to research and teaching, Dr. Huang manages usability studies for CIDE business contracts and supports the clinic and community-based programs.
