Artificial Intelligence Work at CU Denver

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to be one of the most impactful technologies many of us will see in our lifetime. The changes AI has already brought about have created efficiencies, challenges, and questions that will impact our lives and work. As CU Denver embarks on evaluating the possibilities of AI, it is important to look to our values to ground our inquiry and guide future conversations.

To begin identifying ways to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into our institution, we have established three focused working groups. Each group will address and consider AI in specific areas: Teaching and Learning, Research, and Administration and Operations. Each working group includes diverse perspectives to ensure comprehensive representation. There will also be opportunities for engagement following these working groups next fall.

The goal of these working groups is to help CU Denver ensure a holistic and strategic approach to integrating AI into our institution. Updates on progress will be posted on this website.
