In honor of Dr. Brenda J.  Allen's exemplary leadership and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion this $500 award honors CU Denver faculty or staff who embody inclusive leadership qualities, including but not limited to advocating for equity and fairness, fostering collaboration, and prioritizing diversity and inclusion in the decision-making processes, policies, or practices.

This award provides $10,000 to a full-time University of Colorado faculty member who, in addition to their university responsibilities, has pro bono, provided exceptional educational, humanitarian, civic, or other services in the community.
