City Heights Floor Plans
City Heights Residence Hall is a 7-floor facility home to a community of more than 500 CU Denver students. City Heights hosts the Learning Commons, an all-you-care-to-eat dining facility (City Heights Dining Hall), small lounges, study spaces, and common areas. Located at the intersection of significant pedestrian, bike, and bus routes that run along Larimer Street through the CU Denver neighborhood. Positioned between the Tivoli Quad with open space on one side and the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center on the other, City Heights Residence Hall provides endless opportunities for campus community-building and engagement.
Rates for Fall 2025 - Spring 2026
Below are the floor plan rates (per semester) for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. All available floor plans include Wi-Fi, utilities, and free laundry.

Double Room
Per Person Semester Rate: $5,580.00
Occupancy: One room is occupied by two (2) residents.
Beds: Two (2) extra-long twin size beds
Bathrooms: Five (5) communal bathrooms are located throughout each floor. Each bathroom includes two (2) shower only stalls, two (2) toilet only stalls, and one (1) ADA stall which includes both a toilet and shower
Furniture: Fully furnished bedroom including beds, desks, desk chairs, and dressers
Triple Room
Per Person Semester Rate: $4,128.00
Occupancy: One room is occupied by three (3) residents.
Beds: Three (3) extra-long twin size beds
Bathrooms: Five (5) communal bathrooms are located throughout each floor. Each bathroom includes two (2) shower only stalls, two (2) toilet only stalls, and one (1) ADA stall which includes both a toilet and shower
