Lynx Loyalty

In the 2020-2021 academic year, Housing & Dining started the Lynx Loyalty program for any resident choosing to remain in on-campus housing. The Lynx Loyalty program freezes housing rate(s) for future academic year(s). 

What this means is that the housing rate for any room type are locked in at the rate(s) of the first year you chose to reside in on-campus housing. So, for example, if 2022-2023 is your first year living with us in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom (2x2) and you want to live in a Lynx Crossing 4 bedroom/2 bathroom (4x2) floorplan next year, you will pay the Fall 2022-Spring 2023 semester rate for the 4x2 the upcoming academic year. Eligibility in the Lynx Loyalty program is contingent on a consecutive renewal process.  A lapse in the yearly renewal process (excluding summers) will result in being removed from the Lynx Loyalty program.  

Lynx Loyalty Rates are updated to Student Accounts after Census Date for the Fall and Spring Terms.
