Open 7am-12am, the front desk is there to help with lockouts, packages, questions about housing and contracts, and to direct you to the appropriate member of full time staff to more help!

RAs are on call from 5pm-8am on weekdays, and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. RAs on call are there for resident emergencies, for non emergencies please call the front desk during business hours or email housing@ucdenver.edu.

What is an RA?
One of the many things that make City Heights community so vibrant is our wonderful Resident Assistants (also known as RAs)! Our Resident Assistants are there to help make your on-campus living experience easier, from helping resolve roommate conflicts and answering general questions about your housing to being a listening ear and finding resources for students going through a tough time, our Resident Assistants are here to help!
