Filming on Campus
Filming on university grounds for internal and external purposes is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires varying levels of approval and permitting.
Filming by news media outlets does not require a permit; however please contact a member of the media relations team if you’d like to film on our campuses.

Media Relations in Action
We are responsible for the university’s interaction with print, broadcast, and online media, as well as the dissemination of university news and information. We tell the story of our university to the world by working closely with news media and our faculty, staff, and students.
We draft news releases, media advisories, and other materials to publicize news of faculty research, academic programs, and newsworthy university happenings. We develop story angles, work with reporters, connect media with faculty, and distribute information to local, national, and international news organizations.
We also provide public relations and communication support to the university community on a variety of communication issues.
