The tools, which include Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Cvent, are used to reach and engage current students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, and friends of the university.
eComm’s tools integrate with a centralized database of more than 1.2 million records that enable users to create customized and targeted digital communications. This leads to an enhanced effectiveness of CU’s engagement with its audiences.
In addition, eComm users are supported by a team of dedicated digital strategists who provide training, tier-1 support, best practices, and ongoing strategy to help them engage their audiences and exceed their communication goals.
