Need to explain a process with multiple phases? The checklists phases widget is perfect for organizing information about any process that needs to be broken up into multiple phases, such as applying to a program or applying for financial aid.
Drag and drop the Checklist Phases widget onto the page and click Edit
Click Edit next to the first phase.
Label the first phase and add any content needed in the rich text editor (WYSIWYG)
If you need to add steps to a phase, click the "Checklist steps" tab and select an existing steps checklist.
Select Update Phase when you're done.
Click +Add Phase and repeat up to 5 times total.
Choose your color options.
Save.
