Andrew serves as the Director of Global Education, a role he’s held since March 2024. Before making the move to CU Denver | Anschutz, Andrew spent nearly eight years as the Director of Global Engagement at the CU Boulder College of Engineering & Applied Science. Prior to working for CU, Andrew was the Director of Degree Programs at ISA, a study abroad provider, where he worked with campuses across North America, Europe, and Oceania. In 2018, Andrew graduated with his Doctor of Education degree from Vanderbilt University, where he previously earned his master’s degree in international education policy & management. He earned a BA in international relations, Spanish, and French from William Jewell College, where he spent his junior year studying in both Argentina and France.

Andrew’s life and career have taken him to approximately 40 countries across six continents. In addition to his two semesters studying abroad in college, Andrew spent five summers working in the Caribbean and South America for VISIONS Service Adventures, a nonprofit residential program for teenagers. He also spent an academic year teaching English in Seville, Spain. In his free time, Andrew is an avid skier and cyclist and loves living in Colorado. Around Denver, you’ll likely catch him out with friends, enjoying Cheesman Park, trying out new places to eat, and attending a variety of shows, festivals, and exhibitions.
