The new Colorado accessibility law, HB21-1110, affects university websites and went into effect July 1, 2024. This means that university website owners/content managers must ensure your website content meets the minimum web accessibility standards.
Learn how to meet accessibility standardsThis sample page represents a starting point for page creation. You are free to add/delete columns, media, widgets, etc. Template 2 contains a navigation bar on the left and a Wide Content Area on the right. As with all templates, there are multiple columns in which to place your content. You can always add more or modify them to suit your needs.
In Template 2, the Main Content Area appears above the navigation bar (and any content under it) when viewed on a mobile device.
If you want to place content in the side column of Template 2, remember that it should appear below your side navigation. It's not an issue on this page since there are so few pages in the navigation. But if you have a lot of pages in the navigation, any other content will get pushed down below it.
This Left Side Column will appear under the Main Column content when viewed on a mobile device.
