Amber joined the Wellness & Recreation Services team in July 2023. Prior to that, Amber served as the Member Services Coordinator at Colorado State University and was the 2022 Marketing & Communications Intern for UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles).

Amber has her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a concentration in Relational and Organizational Communications and a minor in Global Environmental Sustainability from Colorado State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her blue heeler (Blue, commonly known as Amber's unpaid intern), baking, gardening, and crafting of all kinds.

Incorporating Wellness

Wellness is multifaceted for me. I like to incorporate different mediums of wellness including but not limited to playing with my dog, going on walks with my partner, climbing, swimming, weightlifting, mediation, journaling, crafting – whatever feels good and honors my mind, body, and spirit in the moment!

I can help with memberships and customer service requests, marketing inquires, Milo requests, and overall fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all.
