Incorporating Wellness
In general, I design my life around physical activity, walking when and where I can, and choosing workouts that help me reach my personal goals. I take time to practice mindfulness each morning, and I eat foods that make me feel good. Being around like-minded, supportive people is also a must for me. Each day is different, so I try to listen to my body (i.e. "Feeling the vibe") to ensure I'm always making decisions in my best interest.
How I can help
I help to provide students with free and low-cost options to improve their fitness and wellness through group fitness and personal training opportunities.
