The eComm license includes Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Cvent. It enables users to create and send personalized promotional and transactional email messages using contact data of our constituents. Cvent, an event registration and management tool, is also included in the package. The university will centrally fund one eComm license for each school, college and university-approved administrative units.

A Shared Mailbox allows multiple users to read and send email messages from a common account. It also includes a shared calendar, enabling users to schedule and view events like vacation time collectively.
EndNote is the industry standard software tool for publishing and managing bibliographies, citations and references. It is available for university students, faculty and staff at no cost.

GitHub is a code repository service that allows developers to store, control, and share their code in a centralized location. OIT, in partnership with all other CU campuses, supports and manages a cloud-based GitHub Enterprise license as well as a CU Denver | Anschutz dedicated GitHub Organization. This service allows university developers (staff and faculty) to create, manage and leverage Public, Internal and Private GitHub Repositories.

OIT maintains a bulk mailing system commonly referred to as a List Server or “Listserv.” Users may subscribe to and unsubscribe from the lists as needed. Users or departments can maintain their own custom lists. The List Server also has mail-merge capabilities.
