CARES Act Student Emergency Fund Application

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act provided funds to the university to directly support students whose lives and education have been disrupted by the coronavirus outbreak. These funds are designed to prioritize students with the greatest need and ensure that funds are distributed as widely as possible. We recognize the COVID-19 pandemic has caused considerable disruptions and presents unparalleled challenges for many students and their families, and we are committed to delivering these funds as quickly as possible.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be an enrolled, degree-seeking (graduate or undergraduate) student at CU Denver | Anschutz.
You are not eligible if you were enrolled in an online only program for spring 2020.
You must be eligible for Title IV aid. This means that you must have completed a 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and meet all of the eligibility requirements. It is not too late to submit a FAFSA.
